Free Delivery (2-3 Business Days)

Bricks & Blocks Delivery (2-5 Business Days)

Bricks & Blocks Delivery will cost £85 per pack (Qty: 1-4) or £350 per order (Qty: 5+) within Greater London  (See Postcodes)

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable once the bricks have been collected for shipment. While we stock a wide range of bricks, we also work with other distributors to fulfill specific orders, which means we incur additional costs for the collection and delivery of these items. As a result, we are unable to refund delivery charges once the process has begun. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer, or the person who placed the order, to ensure that the delivery can be successfully made. If there are any road restrictions, such as width limitations or time restrictions, that prevent our lorries from reaching the delivery location, additional charges will apply. These charges may include restocking fees for the bricks or a delivery charge for returning the order to our yard. We kindly ask that you verify your delivery area to avoid any inconvenience or additional costs.

When using third-party haulier services, please be aware that these carriers often have other collections scheduled immediately after making a delivery. If the delivery cannot be completed due to issues beyond the haulier’s control, but which could have been avoided by the customer (such as road access or other delivery restrictions), an additional fee will be charged. This fee reflects the cost passed on to us by the haulier for re-routing or delays, which we, as a company, are required to cover. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Fortunately, this situation has never occurred as most of our customers are proactive in informing us of any potential delivery issues. This allows us to work closely with them to meet their requirements and avoid any problems. As a builders' merchant, our primary goal is to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients by providing a reliable and honest service. Please don’t misunderstand our intentions; we do not seek to charge for additional costs unnecessarily. We simply need to make it clear that it’s essential for us to know about any potential restrictions at your site address in advance so we can ensure a successful delivery. Your cooperation helps us deliver the best service possible.

Please note that our delivery times can vary, and we are unable to provide an exact time for delivery. What we can confirm is whether it will be an AM or PM delivery. AM deliveries typically occur between 8am and 6pm. However, in rare cases, if a delivery is delayed due to traffic, the delivery time could extend as late as 8pm. Once your bricks are loaded onto the lorry, the delivery must be completed. If an earlier delivery time is requested, we can accommodate this, provided we receive sufficient notice in advance. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
