Techno Guardian Bitumen Membrane – Product Overview

Techno Guardian is a high-performance Elastoplastomeric (BBP) bitumen membrane, designed for waterproofing foundations, walls, and other structural surfaces. Reinforced with spunbond polyester and stabilised with glass, it features a unique dimpled upper surface that enhances drainage and provides strong adhesion points for insulation or protection boards.

The membrane is fully bonded using a propane torch application on a pre-primed surface (solvent-based bitumen primer available separately). Its thermofusible PE film and patterned dimples make it easy to apply, especially when bonding insulation or protection boards. End laps are securely sealed using a Sappi 4kg APP bonding strip, ensuring long-lasting performance even in high-stress areas.

CE-marked to EN 13969, Techno Guardian is suitable for use on both horizontal and vertical surfaces, offering robust protection in tanking and below-ground applications.
